Float Fill Valves

Cla-Val 124-02 and 624-02 Float Fill Valves are non-modulating valves that accurately controls the liquid level in tanks. Theses valves are designed to open fully when the liquid level reaches a preset low point, and close drip-tight when the level reaches a preset high point.

Solenoid Fill Valves

Cla-Val Models 136-01 and 636-01 Solenoid Control Valves are on-off control valves that either open or close upon receiving an electrical signal to the solenoid pilot control. These valves consist of a Hytrol main valve and a three-way solenoid valve that alternately applies pressure to or relieves pressure from the diaphragm chamber of the main valve. It is furnished either normally open (de-energized solenoid to open) or normally closed (energized solenoid to open).

Liquid level control can be provided by using a float switch or electrode probe which sends an electrical signal to open or close the valve as needed.

Altitude Fill Valves

Cla-Val 210-01 and 610-01 Altitude Valves control the high water level in reservoirs without the need for floats or other devices. They are non-throttling valves that remain fully open until the shut-off point is reached. These valves are designed for one-way flow only.

These valves can also be furnished with auxiliary controls to meet the need for multiple functions, such as: pressure sustaining, pressure reduction, rate of flow control, solenoid override, etc.
